Projection & video mapping
Project the plan and markers onto the stage floor for the whole crew. On Windows, send the output via Spout to compatible video-mapping software to fit the projection to your surfaces.
SM · Stage marking and projection
Draw the stage plan, then project the exact floor markers required for every changeover.
StageMark combines stage-plan design with projected marking. Positions are drawn to real dimensions, organised by configuration, then projected directly onto the stage floor so artists, instruments, risers and props can be placed precisely without multiplying tape marks. Every plan, group or cue can be recalled and controlled remotely from a phone or tablet. When joined to a StageFlow session, StageMark reports project changes; the operator chooses when to adopt a new revision before projecting it.
STANDALONECreate, save and print .stagemark projects without a projector or StageFlow. The same application includes floor projection and AR on compatible Android phones, with glasses integration still in development, each requiring its corresponding hardware.
Three display modes
StageMark adapts the display to the job: shared projection for the crew, a phone camera for a mobile view, or AR glasses for a personal view.

Look through an ARCore-compatible phone and see the same markers overlaid on the real stage.
Keep the markers in your field of view with XREAL Air 2 Ultra glasses and a Beam Pro.
Glasses integration in progressConcept illustration. Floor projection and phone AR are available in StageMark. AR-glasses integration and hardware testing are still in progress; verify a known position after every calibration.
In the field
Prepare and print without a projection system. Draw the stage to scale, place markers and print your sheets from a standalone .stagemark project.
Video-projector mode. Project plans and markers directly onto the floor so the whole crew can see each position. A suitable projector and calibration are required; larger stages may need several projectors.
AR glasses mode — integration and testing in progress. XREAL Air 2 Ultra with Beam Pro is an integration target; reliable operation is not yet confirmed.
Phone-camera mode. On an ARCore-compatible Android phone, use the camera to see the same markers overlaid on the stage. Phone AR is available; verify a known position after calibration. Glasses integration and testing are ongoing.
How it works
Create markers and plans at real scale, or reuse the sources from a StageFlow project.
Choose the projector and adjust the four-corner test pattern from the computer or local controller.
Recall and remotely control markers, groups and cues with a permanent blackout control.

Key features
Free drawing with a palette, multi-vertex points and Shift constraints for squares and circles.
Editable fine dimensions, a library of 14 generic instruments and Boolean shape operations.
Dimensioned stage plan with shapes, text, stage symbols, measurements and obstacles.
PDF export or direct printing: one A4 page per plan, portrait or landscape, with a preview before output. Single-plan PNG export is also available.
Plans and floor markers projected precisely with a suitable video projector so every element can be replaced without permanent tape.
Independent video and AR: video only, AR only, both, or neither, with AR hidden at startup.
Guided hardware, placement and connection workflow, followed by automatic A/B/C reference validation with visible errors and distances.
Reusable A/B/C references and project placement sheet; independent plan and projection overlays.
Emergency video exit through Ctrl+Shift+F12, Escape or CLOSE OUTPUT, without leaving the project or stopping AR.
Recallable plans, display groups and cues for stage changes.
Native .stageflow projects, LIVE change alerts and operator-controlled adoption of a new revision before projection.
Direct projection on Windows and macOS; Spout sharing with compatible tools on Windows.
Local controller on a phone, tablet or another computer on the same private network.
OSC commands, MIDI learn and access to the suite’s shared Stream Deck plugin.
Pricing and licence
€49 incl. taxStageMark remains fully usable without a purchase. The permanent licence removes the support reminder and helps fund projection, controllers and StageFlow integration.

Stable 2027.1.0 release for Windows x64 and macOS Apple Silicon / Intel. The authorised local remote adds Undo and Redo, and the About screen shows the technical version and official links. Project format, calibration, projection, BLACKOUT and voluntary StageFlow LIVE connection remain unchanged. The Android companion remains StageMark AR 0.1.1 build 18 and was reverified: phone AR is available while glasses integration is still in progress. Desktop packages are not signed with a distribution certificate and the DMGs are not notarised; software checks do not replace rehearsal on the actual hardware.

See stage plans through your phone camera. StageFlow Connection handles networking and remote control; Outputs & installation groups video, Spout, AR and calibration. Start AR launches in one action, with an optional guide.
Video output and AR are now independent: use video only, AR only, both, or neither. Start AR explicitly authorises marks after pairing and calibration. The computer provides SHOW AR / HIDE AR, while the APK can HIDE FOR ME without overriding a computer-wide hide command.
The guided workflow covers hardware, placement, connection and A/B/C reference acquisition. Automatic validation exposes errors and measured distances before display. Reference markers and the project placement sheet can be reused, plan and projection overlays remain independent, and each viewer can resume individually.
The emergency video exit closes only the output — Ctrl+Shift+F12, Escape in the projection window, or CLOSE OUTPUT — without closing the project or stopping AR. The camera remains local and is neither recorded nor transmitted.
After calibration, the camera fills the view, with a small Settings button and an optional consistency badge. APK 18 uses manual floor aiming by default, allows free A/B/C acquisition order and shows expected/measured distances. Image recognition remains available and is required for raised vertical targets.
Use Desktop 2027.1 with APK 0.1.1 build 18 for raised targets. Configure each target independently as floor-mounted or vertical on a stand, then enter its centre height above the local floor in Outputs & installation → AR guide → A/B/C placement. A private local network is required.
Reuse the same complete 160 × 160 mm marker patterns, printed at 100%. The placement sheet records X/Y, support and height for each target. Height and slope are handled separately. Repeating one point retains the other anchors that are still tracked; the consistency indicator is not guaranteed accuracy.
APK 18 displays fills and compound outlines; dimensions remain plan annotations. Completed calibration no longer expires just because another app was opened: recovery requires reconnection, coherent tracking and your confirmation. Lost anchors or an Android process restart may require recalibration. With Desktop 2027.1, the computer can explicitly allow one phone to move an active-plan object, then confirm or cancel; locks and PC undo remain respected. Creation, deletion, rotation and resizing are not yet available in AR.
Phone AR is available. Glasses support is being developed and tested separately; reliable operation on glasses is not yet confirmed. The APK is installed manually and retains its development certificate for update continuity. Check a known position after calibration: the consistency score is not guaranteed physical accuracy.
