1. Purpose
The store offers permanent software licences for StageDesk, StageMark, StageMon and Dante Config Editor, plus a bundled pack. StageFlow is included free in the bundle.

These terms govern purchases of permanent SiLeMI/O software licences made through the store.
2. Prices and payment
Displayed prices include tax: StageDesk €29, StageMark €49, StageMon €49, Dante Config Editor €29 and complete bundle €99 incl. tax. Payment is processed by Stripe. The order is confirmed after successful payment.
3. Delivery
After payment, the information needed to activate the purchased software is delivered automatically through its licence flow. Installers and guides remain available from the Software pages and public releases.
4. Licence
The licence is perpetual for the purchased version and compatible updates. Three activations are included by default. Initial activation may require a connection; everyday use can then be offline.
5. Withdrawal and support
When downloading or activating digital content begins with the customer’s agreement, the right of withdrawal may be lost under applicable law. For payment, activation or download difficulties, use the Contact page.
6. Responsible use
The software deliberately remains usable without a licence. Buying a licence supports development, but does not replace the technical checks required before a show.
