HELP AND LICENCES

Answers before you start.

Downloads, licences, local networking and compatibility: the essential points for using SiLeMI/O with confidence.

Can I use the software without buying a licence?

Yes. Public software remains usable without a licence and without locked features. After the first 30 days, a 60-second countdown applies once at startup. A permanent licence removes this wait and supports development.

What does a licence include?

Each licence is perpetual, with three activations by default. Initial activation requires a connection; afterwards the software works offline. Updates and reinstalls remain compatible with the licence.

Can I move to another computer?

Yes. The licence panel shows used and authorised installations and provides a “Deactivate this computer” button, so you can free an activation before moving to another machine.

How do I buy the complete bundle?

Add the bundle in the store and open Stripe checkout. It combines the four paid licences — StageDesk, StageMark, StageMon and Dante Config Editor — for €99 incl. tax instead of €156 separately, a saving of €57. StageFlow is included free as the orchestrator.

Is StageFlow paid?

No. StageFlow is currently free. It acts as the master session and orchestrator when several software need to share one patch and its changes.

Does all software need to be on one computer?

No. Software can run independently or be installed on several computers on the same local network. StageFlow can distribute the project and source-label change alerts. Other patch fields do not trigger these alerts. The remote portal also opens from a phone or tablet connected to that network.

Where are downloads and guides?

Each Software page lists its installer, public Release page and available resources: quick start, full manual, suite guide or Excel template depending on the product. Downloads stay linked to the public GitHub releases.

How can I request support or an improvement?

Write through the Contact page. Include the context, software, version and, if possible, the steps to reproduce the issue. Support, compatibility and feature requests are welcome.

Which systems are supported?

Detailed compatibility is shown on each Software page. The download centre lists the Windows and macOS installers actually available for each software. Install only the files matching your system and check the linked Release for the exact version.
