The first 30 days have no reminder. Afterwards, a 60-second countdown applies once at startup without blocking the software or any feature. The permanent licence removes this wait and funds maintenance, new formats and continued StageFlow integrations.
The licence system is intentionally lenient and technically easy to work around. Prices are deliberately low as well. We therefore appeal to each user’s sense of responsibility: you can use the software without a licence, but if it helps you, your purchase directly funds the many hours required to maintain the software, fix issues and build the complete suite. Without that support, sustaining the project over time will be difficult.
