Data you provide

When you write through Contact, your email address, name and message are used to reply. For a purchase, payment details are entered with Stripe; SiLeMI/O does not receive your card number.

Purposes

• Reply to support, compatibility or improvement requests.
• Provide and manage an order or licence.
• Secure the site and diagnose technical errors.
• Improve pages, guides and software when you share feedback.

Sharing and providers

Data may be processed by services needed to operate the site, payment and mail, including Stripe, the hosting provider and the mailbox provider. Data is not sold for advertising.

Retention and rights

Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to mamat.leroy@gmail.com.
